Wow. This has got to be my favorite piece of yours. The mood, the lighting, even the red background gives this piece the feeling of utter helpless and hopelessness.

Beautiful. The brightness in his eye and wings is amazing and the eye is especially haunting and the text is handled wonderfully, it doesn't look out of place at all. The pose fits the mood wonderfully and would it sound weird if I said I loved his lips? Because I do, the lighting/shading on them is fabulous. Great job!

The closed eye... it is... beautiful.
